MK Schools Navigator Project

SOFEA secured a significant Home Office grant for a collaborative project with four Milton Keynes schools. The initiative aims to assist students at risk of exclusion through a dedicated School Navigator offering coaching and mentoring. Objectives include reducing exclusion risk, fostering community understanding of student behaviours, and providing targeted, person-centred support in a non-judgmental and confidential manner by SOFEA.

Outreach and Engagement Programme

Funded by Right Move and Clearview Intelligence, the SOFEA Outreach & Engagement program provides extensive support to empower care-experienced youth in meaningful engagement. Collaborating with experienced mentors, the program aims to help individuals reach their full potential and identify opportunities in employment, education, and training.
