Following a diverse and rewarding career in teaching, I founded SOFEA in order to give vulnerable youngsters educational and occupational opportunities they may not have been afforded otherwise. Our unique approach gives our young people a sense of purpose and meaning, allowing them to flourish both academically and professionally.

I founded SOFEA with Richard [Kennell, CEO] because we wanted to show that we could help people to transform their lives. I firmly believe in the power of consistent nurture and approach to enable people to move forward and to open themselves up to growth.

A highly experienced HR Leader with over 20 years experience in FMCG, talent, retail and construction sectors. I am a results focused generalist who has a passion for building effective organisations that drive positive culture and which enable the people within them to reach their full potential.
