Richard was a teacher for 15 years, during which time he filled the roles of department head and deputy head as well as classroom teacher. In 2006 he founded training provider KFES, which works with disadvantaged young people across the county, in order to help them back into training or employment. He is also Trustee of another education charity, Frontiers New Horizons, and Vice Chair of Oxfordshire Skills Board. ‘A fantastic opportunity to get local people into work in a growing sector, and at the same time help businesses divert excess stock towards a use which will support vulnerable members of the community’

Ruth has worked in education for 22 years as a modern languages teacher. She now runs our training programmes. Her areas of interest include people with Dyslexia and other attachment disorders.
Kaz has developed a unique holistic theraputic approach to working with young people which he uses to support our young people.
